Delivery, Returns & Refunds

DELIVERY

1. Where we deliver?

  • Currently we deliver to locations in Male’ & Hulhumale, including North & West harbour (boats).
  • Direct delivery to other islands are not available at this time.

 

2. Delivery charges

Male’ 

  • Orders above MVR 150 – FREE
  • Orders below MVR 150 – MVR 25 will be charged for delivery.

 

Hulhumale’

  • Small Packages – MVR 100 per order (will be calculated at checkout)
  • Large Packages – MVR 225 per order (will be calculated at checkout)

 

Free pick up service is available from our warehouse.

 

Other terms:

  • For BUILDINGS WITHOUT LIFT access, items will be delivered up to ground floor.
  • If the package does not fit in the lift, we will only deliver to the ground floor.

 

3. Delivery Time

  • Male’ : Estimated delivery time: maximum 2 days (excluding holidays).
  • Hulhumale’: Estimated delivery time: 1-5 days (excluding holidays).
  • Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within specified time frame.

 

These terms are applicable to all orders placed through our website,  facebook, instagram or over telephone.

 


RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

1. Returns / Refunds

We accept returns against defects, damaged and faulty items within 24 hours of delivery. Any goods returned will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered.

If you received defective items, you can choose whether you want the goods to be returned, repaired, replaced or refunded.

Refunds will be processed within working 10 days for BML credit & debit card payments &  2 days for Direct Bank Transfers.

 

 

2. Return Conditions

If the goods received are incorrect, damaged or significantly different from the product description, please return them without removing the original pack

Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the product received is damaged, then bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.

To request a return please email hello@styla.mv or contact 7372828 and be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original invoice number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without a original invoice or goods delivery note, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.

Except Male’ & Hulhumale’ return delivery (transportation costs) charges to be borne by the customer.

 

3. Cancellations

  • If you want to cancel your order after it is submitted, please contact us immediately with quoting your order number.
  • Pre-orders may only be cancelled during the first 6 hours following confirmation. If we have already confirmed the items or provided the service, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • In the event that you have paid by credit or debit card, the fees charged by the card service provider for the use of this payment method may be deducted from the refund.
  • If you have received a damaged, wrong item, missing piece(s), we  will proceed with the replacement, refund or repair, if applicable, at no cost as soon as possible.

Payment

 

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

 

2. Payment methods

Currently we accept online card payments (Visa, MasterCard/Maestro and American Express Cards) via BML payment gateway.

And payments by Direct Bank Transfer & ATM transfer.  We accept Cash payment while picking up from our Warehouse.

All transactions are made in Maldivian Rufiya (MVR).
