1. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver to Malé and Hulhumale, including Malé jetties (boats).
  • Direct delivery to other islands is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • Male’: Estimated delivery time within 1-2 days (excluding holidays).
  • Hulhumale’: Delivery every Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday (order cut-off 1 PM).
  • During peak days, delivery may be delayed to the next business day.
  • Unless exceptional circumstances, we strive to fulfill your order within the specified timeframe.

Other terms:

  • For buildings WITHOUT LIFT access, items will be delivered up to ground floor. 
  • If the package does not fit in the lift, delivery will be to the ground floor only.
  • Assembly fee is not included in the retail price. Assembly service is available upon request and charged separately.

3. Delivery charges

Male’ (includes boats/jetty)

  • Orders above MVR 100 – FREE
  • Orders below MVR 100 – Delivery fee MVR 25 will be charged.


  • Orders above MVR 1,500 – Free delivery.
  • Orders below MVR 1,500 – Delivery fee MVR 50 will be charged.

Order collection service is available (select ‘Collect from Warehouse’ option during checkout).

These terms are applicable to all orders placed through our website,  facebook, instagram or over telephone.


  • Estimated assembly duration: 1-3 days from delivery (excluding holidays)
  • Assembly fee is not included in the retail price.


1. Returns / Refunds

We accept refunds/returns against defects, damaged and faulty items within 24 hours of delivery. Any goods returned will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered.

If you have received a defective, wrong item, missing piece(s), we will proceed with the replacement, refund or repair where applicable.

Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value, or as part payment for higher valued goods. In case of higher value, you will be invoiced for the balance amount. No partial refund will be given and therefore exchanges for a lower priced item(s) are not permitted.

Refunds will be processed within working 10 days for BML credit & debit card payments &  2 days for Direct Bank Transfers.

Return is not accepted once item is assembled.

2. Return Conditions

If the goods received are incorrect, damaged or significantly different from the product description, please return them without removing the original packaging.

Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the product received is damaged, then bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.

To request a return please email or contact 7372828 and be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original invoice number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an invoice or goods delivery note, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.

Except Male’ & Hulhumale’ return delivery (transportation costs) charges to be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order after confirmation, a 20% restocking fee of the total order value will be charged.
  • No cancellations are accepted after delivery is completed.
  • No cancellations accepted for sale items.


1. General Information

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock when you order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original payment method.

2. Payment methods

We currently accept online card payments (Visa, MasterCard/Maestro, and American Express) via the BML payment gateway, as well as payments by online bank transfer and ATM transfer. All transactions are made in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).
