1. Where we deliver?
- Currently we deliver to locations in Male’ & Hulhumale, including Male’ jetties (boats).
- Direct delivery to other islands are not available at this time.
2. Delivery charges
Male’ (includes boats/jetty)
- Orders above MVR 100 – FREE
- Orders below MVR 100 – Delivery fee MVR 25 will be charged
- Orders above MVR 1,500 – FREE delivery.
- Orders below MVR 1,500 – Delivery fee MVR 50 will be charged
Order collection service is available (select ‘Collect from warehouse’ option on checkout.
3. Delivery Time
- Male’ : Estimated delivery time: within 1-2 days (excluding holidays).
- Hulhumale’: Currently Hulhumale delivery on every Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday (order cut-off time is 1pm).
- During peak days, the delivery may be delayed to next business day.
- Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within specified time frame.
- For BUILDINGS WITHOUT LIFT access, items will be delivered up to ground floor. (Hiyaa flat packages will be delivered to ground floor at the moment).
- If the package does not fit in the lift, we will only deliver to the ground floor.
- Assembly fee is not included in retail price. (Assembly service available up on request. Will be charged separately.)
These terms are applicable to all orders placed through our website, facebook, instagram or over telephone.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Returns / Refunds
We accept returns against defects, damaged and faulty items within 24 hours of delivery. Any goods returned will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered.
If you received defective items, you can choose whether you want the goods to be repaired, replaced or refunded.
Refunds will be processed within working 10 days for BML credit & debit card payments & 2 days for Direct Bank Transfers.
2. Return Conditions
If the goods received are incorrect, damaged or significantly different from the product description, please return them without removing the original packaging.
Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the product received is damaged, then bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.
To request a return please email email@example.com or contact 7372828 and be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original invoice number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an invoice or goods delivery note, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.
If you have received a damaged, wrong item, missing piece(s), we will proceed with the replacement, refund or repair, if applicable, at no cost as soon as possible.
Except Male’ & Hulhumale’ return delivery (transportation costs) charges to be borne by the customer.
- If you want to cancel your order after it is submitted, please contact us immediately with quoting your order number. Cancellation fees applied.
- Pre-orders may only be cancelled during the first 6 hours following confirmation. If we have already confirmed the items or provided the service, the order cannot be cancelled.
- In the event that you have paid by credit or debit-card, the fees charged by the card service provider for the use of this payment method may be deducted from the refund.
- No cancellation accepted for items on sale.
- No cancellation accepted once delivery is completed.
4. Cancellations fees.
As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable, and there is a restocking fee at 20% of the price you paid for the item. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:
Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price – Delivery costs – Credit/debit card charges (where applicable) – Restocking Fee (20% of Final Paid Price)
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Payment methods
Currently we accept online card payments (Visa, MasterCard/Maestro and American Express Cards) via BML payment gateway.
And payments by Direct Bank Transfer & ATM transfer. All transactions are made in Maldivian Rufiya (MVR).
