DELIVERY

1. Where we deliver?

  • Currently we deliver to locations in Male’ & Hulhumale, including Male’ jetties (boats).
  • Direct delivery to other islands is not available at this time.

2. Delivery charges

Male’ (includes boats/jetty)

  • Orders above MVR 100 – FREE
  • Orders below MVR 100 – Delivery fee MVR 25 will be charged.

Hulhumale’ 

  • Orders above MVR 1,500 – Free delivery.
  • Orders below MVR 1,500 – Delivery fee MVR 50 will be charged.

Order collection service is available (select ‘Collect from warehouse’ option on checkout).

3. Delivery Time

  • Male’ : Estimated delivery time: within 1-2 days (excluding holidays).
  • Hulhumale’: Currently Hulhumale delivery on every Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday (order cut-off time is 1pm).
  • During peak days, the delivery may be delayed to next business day.
  • Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within specified time frame.

Other terms:

  • For BUILDINGS WITHOUT LIFT access, items will be delivered up to ground floor. 
  • If the package does not fit in the lift, we will only deliver to the ground floor.
  • Assembly fee is not included in retail price. (Assembly service available up on request. Will be charged separately.)

These terms are applicable to all orders placed through our website,  facebook, instagram or over telephone.

 

ASSEMBLY

  • Estimated assembly duration: within 1-3 days from time of delivery (excluding holidays).
  • Assembly fee is not included in retail price.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Returns / Refunds

We accept refunds/returns against defects, damaged and faulty items within 24 hours of delivery. Any goods returned will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered.

If you have received a defective, wrong item, missing piece(s), we will proceed with the replacement, refund or repair where applicable.

Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value, or as part payment for higher valued goods. In case of higher value, you will be invoiced for the balance amount. No partial refund will be given and therefore exchanges for a lower priced item(s) are not permitted.

Refunds will be processed within working 10 days for BML credit & debit card payments &  2 days for Direct Bank Transfers.

Return is not accepted once item is assembled.

2. Return Conditions

If the goods received are incorrect, damaged or significantly different from the product description, please return them without removing the original packaging.

Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the product received is damaged, then bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.

To request a return please email hello@styla.mv or contact 7372828 and be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original invoice number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an invoice or goods delivery note, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.

Except Male’ & Hulhumale’ return delivery (transportation costs) charges to be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed and placed, a restocking fee will be charged.
  • Order cancellation is subject to a restocking fee of 20% of order total value.
  • No cancellation accepted for items on sale.

Payment

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Payment methods

Currently we accept online card payments (Visa, MasterCard/Maestro and American Express Cards) via BML payment gateway. And payments by Direct Bank Transfer & ATM transfer.  All transactions are made in Maldivian Rufiya (MVR).
